Please read these documents carefully. By using any ZeroBorder or MYIDverified platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Important Notice and Waiver of Liability
By accessing or using any part of the technologies, services, platforms, or software offered by ZeroBorder Self-Banking Centers, the CLARUS Money Project, MY IDENTITY Coin (MYID), MYIDverified, or any affiliated entities (collectively referred to as the "Platforms"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
All assets, cryptocurrencies, tokens, data, or digital items associated with MYIDverified accounts are fully owned, controlled, and managed by the individual account holder. ZeroBorder, the CLARUS Money Project, MY IDENTITY Coin, MYIDverified and all affiliated companies, owners, partners, staff, agents, and associates (the "Released Parties") have no custody, access, or control over user assets, private keys, or credentials, unless users explicitly grant such access for the purpose of utilizing the built-in security recovery features of the technology, software, blockchain, or platform.
By signing up for a MYIDverified self-banking account, users expressly and explicitly approve the possibility of limited access solely for the purpose of recovering stolen, scammed, or lost assets or restoring account access, in accordance with the recovery protocols integrated into the system.
All technology, services, and platforms are made publicly available and are intended for personal, self-managed use. The Released Parties do not operate as custodians, brokers, banks, advisors, or fiduciaries. Users access and utilize the Platforms entirely at their own discretion and risk.
The Platforms and their underlying systems are entirely decentralized. There is no central authority, entity, or individual with ultimate control over the direction, governance, or operation of the project. The technology, blockchain, smart contracts, and platforms are open and autonomous. Users, contributors, account owners, developers, and community participants collectively determine the evolution, management, and use of the technologies and services.
The platforms, technology, software, blockchain, and services are designed to be publicly owned, controlled, managed, and supported. This structure represents a revolutionary disruption of traditional banking, enabling the system to evolve in real-time with its users and remain unstoppable in its mission to serve their best interests. It is the first and only infrastructure — technologically and structurally — that gives every individual on earth the ability to, in essence, be their own bank.
Accordingly, there is no centralized organization or governing body to hold legally liable for outcomes related to the use of the Platforms. All decisions, transactions, and interactions occur within a decentralized, permissionless environment in which users retain full control and responsibility.
The information and tools provided are for general informational and technological use only. Nothing offered through the Platforms constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Users should consult their own qualified professionals before making any decisions or taking any action involving financial or legal matters.
The Platforms utilize decentralized, non-custodial architecture designed to be secure and virtually immune to hacks or unauthorized access. To date, there have been no known hacks, breaches, or security failures involving our systems. Despite this flawless security record and the theoretical impossibility of compromise due to the system's design, the Released Parties provide no warranties or guarantees against future incidents and accept no legal liability for any unauthorized access, asset loss, system vulnerabilities, or third-party exploitation now or in the future.
All users are fully and solely responsible for maintaining the security and privacy of their accounts, including passwords, seed phrases, private keys, and devices.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of access, assets, profits, opportunity, or data resulting from the use or inability to use the Platforms or any services or technologies offered.
All services, software, and technologies are provided "as-is" and "as-available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Released Parties do not guarantee the availability, performance, security, or continued operation of the Platforms.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or related to their use or misuse of the Platforms, violation of these terms, or violation of the rights of any other person or entity.
Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements in their respective jurisdictions. The Platforms are designed for legal, ethical, and lawful use only. The Released Parties make no representations regarding the legality of the Platforms in any specific country or territory.
Nothing in the use of the Platforms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between users and the Released Parties. All users act independently and under their own authority.
The Released Parties reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platforms or these disclaimers at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the principal legal entity is registered or operating. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable, and venue shall lie in such jurisdiction.
By using the Platforms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Legal Disclaimer in full. You waive any claims against the Released Parties and accept full and sole responsibility for your use of all associated technologies, services, and platforms.
You further acknowledge and accept that the Platforms, technologies, software, blockchain, and services are designed to be publicly owned, managed, and operated in a decentralized and user-driven manner, without reliance on any central authority. By participating, you are joining a revolutionary financial and technological infrastructure that enables every individual to, in essence, be their own bank — free from traditional control, limitations, or interference.
